Pineapple Beef Teriyaki

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
2&1/2 pounds beef stew meat
20 ounce can pineapple chunks, undrained
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1-2 green bell peppers, sliced
1&1/2 cups chopped onion
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Freezing Directions:
Divide ingredients among freezer storage bags. Label and freeze. To serve, thaw and cook in slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Serve over rice.
